What banks do you work with?

Agilis has a partnership with US Bank. US Bank has established preferred pricing for our clients. We do have clients who choose to stay with their existing bank as to not have multiple accounts open. Agilis provides for these clients check-image deposits. This allows same-day deposit for existing bank accounts throughout the country. 

What type of reporting capabilities do you have?

Agilis understands nonprofits’ needs for customized reporting. We are open to creating reports as requested by your team and as with all of our processes, we will offer best practices in data capture. 

Are you familiar with our database?

Agilis works in a multitude of databases. We work very closely during client implementations to review all processes relating to direct database entry. We also have experience working through database conversions with existing clients. In these instances we modify existing processes to become efficient in your new database. 

Can you also do acknowledgements?

Agilis has a Donor Care department which handles tax receipt acknowledgments for a number of our clients. These can be customized to each clients’ specifics needs.
