Service Offerings

Agilis currently provides comprehensive and timely Matrix Fulfillment services, including standard acknowledgements/tax receipt packages, soft credit thank-you cards or letters (e.g. for tributes, CFC gifts, donor advised fund gifts), welcome or new donor packages, enrollment/membership packages, customer service letters, etc. We also provide full pick-and-pack fulfillment of premiums, products and literature.

Letters can be sent out with premiums to eliminate postage expenses, and we can accommodate the turnaround preferences of our clients, with the typical turnaround request being 48-72 hours. We do not have any limitations on the types of letters or packages sent, or how they are to be sent, i.e., metered, stamped, bulk-rate, first-class, etc. We are also able to accommodate last-minute or rush requests to ship items overnight as long as we receive the order by 4:30 PM Central Standard Time.
