Inventory & Reporting

We have virtually unlimited warehouse space available to store supplies and/or merchandise. All inventory maintained by Agilis is covered in the event of a loss under Agilis’ insurance policy, at no additional cost to the client. We are also able to interface directly with the client’s suppliers or our print/supply partners in ordering inventory as necessary to properly maintain the appropriate levels of stocks and premiums.

We work with our clients to establish volume control in order to avoid possible backorder situations, as well as to avoid maintaining unnecessary volumes of inventory. We can also provide estimates for all printing and supplies through our vendors, upon receipt of specifications and artwork.

Customized reports detailing inventories, audits, damages, returns, backorders, shipments received, etc. are available to our clients, based upon their specifications. We can provide these reports via email, FTP or web interface, and the layout, file format (Excel, PDF, etc.) and the frequency of these reports are also per client preferences and specifications
