Matrix Fulfillment

At Agilis, we use the term “Matrix Fulfillment” to describe the back-end fulfillment requirements of our clients, a reflection of the many variables that drives how and what we send out on their behalf. We know that fulfillment in the nonprofit world can be very segmented, far more than simply “a widget order in and a widget order out.”

Depending upon the campaign, amount of donation, funds designation, prior giving history, information from the donor (i.e., in honor of, in memory of, please send xx premium to yy location or individual), request for exchange of premium, etc., we send out the appropriate acknowledgement letter, pick-and-pack premium(s), literature, etc.
